Francesca did an excellent job selling my mom's home. My wife and I live in the SF bay area and did not know any realtors in the West Hills area. A couple of weeks before we were planning to list, we went to several open houses near my mom's house to meet some local realtors. We narrowed it down to three and then had formal interviews with them.
